Employee Concerns and Suggestions Portal

The Employee Concerns and Suggestions Portal (CASP) is a safe space where you can anonymously offer suggestions that are designed to: foster diversity and inclusion, enhance efficiency and effectiveness through increased productivity and reduced costs, and/or provide safer work conditions. In addition, CASP is a safe space where you can anonymously identify events that are believed to violate SLFPA-E polices, administrative regulation, or state or federal laws. It is also a safe space to report any wrongdoings that you believe were committed against you or a coworker as a result of either management’s or a fellow employee’s decision or behavior. If you would like to file a grievance, please see the Grievance Policy located in the SLFPA-E Employee Handbook - Grievance Policy and the Grievance Procedure Guidelines located on the My FPA Intranet.
