New Orleans, LA – The Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority – East (FPA) continues to prepare for Hurricane Ida. Ida is expected to be an extremely dangerous major hurricane when it reaches the coast of Louisiana on Sunday with a possibility of life-threatening storm surge inundation and potentially catastrophic wind damage.
